Five Star Mandatory Class Fees
Students admitted to Five-Star will encounter additional fees on top of their choir class fees, as show choir involves choreography, costuming, make-up, set design/construction, and equipment moving. The fees for participation in Five-Star differ from those for curricular choirs. The EMS Choir operating budget is always available for your perusal. The Trip Fee is paid in 3 installments. Your class fee must be paid in full before any money is applied towards your trip fees.
First Trip Payment - Commitment Form & Non-refundable Deposit - $200 - Due in December
Second Trip Payment - $300 - Due in January
The remaining Trip Fee amount will be calculated after all costs for the trip have been assessed. Five Star fundraising events will allow us to lower the amount equally for all participating students. This amount will be communicated to parents in detail, and is subject to change.
Final Trip Payment - amount TBD - Due in February
Only cash payments will be accepted after the final due date.
Student’s Balance
Parents/guardians wishing to check on their student’s balance should contact the EMS Choir Boosters Treasurer directly.
Financial Assistance
Payment plans and scholarships are available for families needing financial assistance for Optional Choir Expenses. Please contact the EMS Choir Boosters Treasurer or the EMS Choir Director regarding financial assistance. All correspondence will be kept confidential.
Fundraising
The EMS Choir Boosters run one fundraiser for all choirs at the beginning of each school year. Participation is strongly encouraged. All profits go into the general choir booster fund, and will benefit all choir students. There will be additional fundraising opportunities for Five Star students throughout the year.
Payments
*Please Note* We prefer to receive payments via check. Checks/money orders should be made out to “Eisenhower Choir Boosters” with your child’s name legibly written on the memo line. Payments should be deposited with deposit slips in the Boosters' locked drop-box in the EMS choir office. (The choir director cannot legally handle any money for the choir program.)

Paying Online
For your convenience, we have added online payment options for parents. Please use PayPal to make an online payments. PayPal charges us transaction fees, so please increase any payments you make online by 3%. You're welcome to round up if you'd like to donate a few extra pennies, dimes, or dollars!
