Sponsorships

​The EMS Choir Boosters provide advertising for local businesses who generously support our program through sponsorships. A business sponsorship is a great way for the community to support the EMS Choir Program. We receive minimal state or district funding, and tax-deductible donations from businesses help us provide unique and excellent musical opportunities to students. We love to build new relationships with businesses interested in supporting our community.  Any amount goes a long way and is greatly appreciated.

Sponsorship Yearly Calendar

• Sponsorships for each school year are accepted in May, June, July, and August.
• The deadline for sponsorships each school year is September 1.
• ​All ads and payments must be received by September 1.
• Sponsorship ads will appear on the website and in our newsletters after we receive your donation and ad. School begins in early August, so don’t delay!
• Sponsorship perks end on July 31 each year.

​The Sponsorship perks for each level are as follows.

5-Star Level ($500.00+)

1. Full page ad (vertical) in the full-color concert programs. These programs are distributed to the families of 100+ students at 4 concerts throughout the school year.
2. Full page ad in 4 pre-concert livestream slideshows aired for our remote viewers. 
3. Advertisement also on the Homepage of the choir website.
4. Advertisement on the Sponsors Page of the choir website.
5. Advertisement highlighted in every monthly newsletter distributed to choir families.

General Level ($250-$499)

1. Half page ad (horizontal) in the full-color concert programs. These programs are distributed to the families of 100+ students at 4 concerts throughout the school year.
2. Half page ad in 4 pre-concert livestream slideshows aired for our remote viewers.
3. Advertisement on the Sponsors Page of the choir website.
4. Advertisement highlighted in every monthly newsletter distributed to choir families.

Colonel Level ($100 - $249)

1. Third page ad (horizontal) in the full-color concert programs. These programs are distributed to the families of 100+ students at 4 concerts throughout the school year.
2. Third page ad in 4 pre-concert livestream slideshows aired for our remote viewers.
3. Advertisement on the only the Sponsors page of the choir website.

ADVERTISEMENT IMAGE SPECIFICATIONS
Full Page size: 5.5” x 8.5” with 1/8 inch bleed - vertical
Half Page size: 5.5” x 4.25” with 1/8 inch bleed - horizontal
Third Page size: 5.5” x 2.75 with 1/8 inch bleed - horizontal
Resolution suggested is 350 dpi or better; black/white or color; fonts embedded.
Submit file as a jpeg or pdf image.
 
All advertisement images in the proper size must be submitted through our online sponsorship form or sent digitally to [email protected]

Notes for EMS Choir Families
Please help us find sponsors over the summer! We rely on parents to find sponsors from among their contacts, friends, and families.  

• Share this page and the online Sponsorship form with potential sponsors.
• Print out the Printable Sponsorship Form and share it with potential sponsors. 

Ask potential sponsors to fill out the form (online or paper) and collect a sponsorship donation on the spot. Checks should be made out to ECB - Eisenhower Choir Boosters. Please remember that the deadline for sponsorships is September 1 each year.​​
